A Qualified Financial Planner and Principal of Quayside Wealth Management, Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management, Alex provides tailored financial advice for individuals and businesses alike. Rather than simply discussing the solutions such as pensions planning, investment planning and protection, Alex shows far more emphasis focusing on his client’s objectives, their needs and their goals, which in many cases can be quite different.
At Quayside Wealth Management our client's objectives are the number one priority and Alex ensures this is the goal of all of the team and professionals he works with. With many years working with individuals and businesses of all sizes, his experience of working in client facing roles has allowed him to focus on building long term, long lasting client relationships.
With seven years experience in Financial Services, Chloe is committed to building long-term, trusted relationships with clients. With an ever-changing environment and changing client circumstances, Chloe understands the importance of writing bespoke financial plans for clients to help them achieve their goals, and to review these plans regularly to monitor that they remain current and accurate.
She works closely with other professionals such as solicitors, accountants and other financial services specialists to ensure that her clients receive the best advice available.
This, along with the pride and dedication that she places on developing solid personal relationships, will ensure that she is able to offer a rounded, professional and principled service.
Ellis’s role is to ensure clear and effective communications within the Practice to our clients and external third parties. Ellis deals with a vast array of work including new client enquiries, product research, liaising with administration centres of external providers and supporting the business with client events.
Ellis works with all the team to help oversee the operations, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of Quayside.
A central point of contact in the office for clients should their adviser not be available, Ellis manages both Alex and Andrina’s professional diaries. Internally Ellis will be a central point for the team to ensure whatever support or materials they require are available.
Adam’s role is to support Alex and Andrina with several of the necessary tasks in developing a financial plan for Quayside’s clients. With the support of Ellis, Adam undertakes product research, obtains illustrations and uses analytical software to review a client’s existing arrangements. In addition to this, to assist with the delivery of the advice, Adam also constructs visual aids including charts, graphs, and tables to be used in client meetings.
Adam is a central point of contact in the office for clients should their adviser not be available, managing both Alex and Andrina’s professional diaries.
Currently completing an internal accreditation with the support of St. James's Place, Adam’s structured professional development in Financial Services is aligned with Quayside Wealth Managements’ continued commitment of a great experience to our clients.
Vicki’s role at Quayside Wealth Management is to provide an effective and efficient support system for Alex, Andrina and the wider Quayside team within the Practice, specifically in relation to the mortgage advice they provide. Vicki is responsible for the administrating and processing of mortgage applications, capturing new client mortgage enquiries, mortgage and protection advice research and of course liaising with clients and 3rd parties.
Alongside ensuring all of our clients experience a smooth professional mortgage application process, Vicki’s also assists with diary management in the office for clients should their Partner not be available.
Helen supports the day to day office administration within Quayside Wealth Management, including, ensuring the organisation of our marketing material, ordering stationery supplies, managing our client database, liaising with partners and clients and importantly ensuring the day to day operation of the office remains efficient. Helen works with all the team to help oversee the operations, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of Quayside.
Internally Helen will be a central point for the team to ensure whatever support or materials they require are available.
While the rest of the team keep an eye on our clients and financial markets, Maverick keeps guard on the Quayside team and the office.
Often seen at the window, his keen eye for local wildlife ensures every day is different for him and while keeping guard, Mav is also certainly the key to ensuring team morale stays high and the office environment remains calm(ish).
